Dr. Harvey Levy
Dr. Harvey Levy has been practicing general dentistry for over 40 years and has dedicated his career to educating patients and clinicians on how to care for their teeth, gums, and bodies.
Throughout his career, Dr. Levy has noticed a distinct absence of dental treatment availability for children and adults with special needs. Patients with special needs such as Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Alzheimer’s were not receiving basic routine care due to them being identified as too combative or difficult to treat. In an effort to fill this void, Dr. Levy began educating himself on techniques in which to better treat this underserved population.
For the past couple of decades Dr. Levy has taught thousands of dentists and clinicians around the world on how they too can provide dental care for patients with special needs. His lectures and hands-on workshops are informative and engaging, and include proven techniques and resources that can help any practice start treating patients with special needs.
